Pork BBQ Recipe

Ingredients:

1 pound of lean pork tenderloin, sliced

2 cups packaged coleslaw mix

2 tbsp light mayo

1/2 cup Sugar Free BBQ sauce of choice

1/4 tsp stevia

4 whole wheat bread thins

1 tsp apple cider vinegar

Directions:

Cut the pork into cubes then put in the crock pot on low heat for 4 hours.

After 4 hours, add BBQ sauce to meat in crock pot when you start cooking.

In a bowl, combine coleslaw with mayo, apple cider vinegar and stevia then set aside.

Arrange the BBQ pulled pork with a mix of coleslaw on the wheat bread thins.

Serve and enjoy!
